🌕 Weekly Ritual: Release & Reset with the Full Moon

Intention:
Let go of stagnant energy and make space for new intentions to blossom.

What you need:

  • A candle (white or lavender)

  • A small bowl of water

  • A bay leaf or a piece of paper

  • A pen

  • Quiet space

Steps:

  1. Create a calm atmosphere.
    Light your candle and sit quietly with your bowl of water in front of you.

  2. Reflect.
    Ask yourself: What am I ready to release?
    Write it on your bay leaf or paper.

  3. Release.
    Fold the paper (or hold the bay leaf) and say out loud:
    “I release what no longer serves me. I make space for peace, clarity, and magic.”

  4. Drop it into the bowl of water.
    Imagine the heaviness washing away. Let it soak while you breathe deeply for a few minutes.

  5. Close your ritual.
    Blow out your candle and thank yourself for this sacred pause.

Optional:
Let the paper dry and burn it later under the moonlight — safely — as a final act of release.
